I've had golfer's elbow on my left side for months now and now I'm starting to feel it in my right side as well.

Any ideas on what I can and shouldn't do?

For example, should I do more ab wheel rollouts/evil wheels? I'm assuming that I'll want to avoid pull ups and that the rollouts require less intensive gripping while still allowing me to work on a shoulder closing movement.

Any other ideas for pulling?

I had golfer's elbow when I was still in college. I've tried different painkillers and other medications. I enrolled myself to yoga but I didn't any better. I considered stem cell therapy with my orthopedic surgeon, Dr Grossman. I had a slight fever for 3 days but after that, my elbow went back to normal. Try it. It might work for you too.

I recently tried Kelly Starrett's Voodoo Floss Bands for my knee, and I know a lot of people use them on their elbows. I recently had a lifter eliminate his elbow tendinitis by doing a lot of fat bar deadlifts on the axle we have.

I've personally used the vodoo floss band for this and gotten rid of it in just a few days. Just wrap and then go through a range of motion with it on. supinate/pronate then reproduce the different ranges that are causing you pain right now.
