My name is Devon. I just signed up for a competition in st. louis for april 20th. I want to know which program I should follow to get ready. I have a body weight of 200lbs. I CJ 265, Snatch only 195. I have been crossfitting for a year or so and love olympmic weightlifting and am thinking about transitioning to competition but want to see how I stack up at one first.

What do you need to work on?

I feel like I need to get a stronger, which I am always pursuing. And I really need to work on getting my receiving position stronger in my snatch. I read your post on spending time in the bottom position and have been utilizing that in my training the last week. So i guess my question is which program do you think would fit those needs before a competition?

something like this would probably be good - http://catalystathletics.com/workouts/cycle.php?cycleID=38
Just reduce the volume a bit if it's too much for you. That's 9 weeks, so you have 1 extra week starting next week - I would basically take week 1 of the cycle, cut about 25% off the volume and 10% or so off the weights and use it as a transition week.
