My workout for today says:

Back Squat - 70% x 10 x 3
Block (or hang) Snatch (knee) - 70% x 3 x 2, 75% x 3 x 3
Snatch Pull on 2" Riser - 90% (of snatch) x 3 x 2, 95% x 3 x 2
Heaving Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat - 65% (of OHS) x 1+2 x 2, 70% x 1+2 x 2

My question: Does the snatch pull on a 2" riser come to just above the knee?
And the plates sit on the riser correct, not my feet?

You stand on the riser so your feet are 2" above the platform. Otherwise it's a normal pull (all the way up)
