Hi all, got the book a couple of days back and have been reading it avidly. Have to say I don't regret buying it :)

I've just finished the PVC Snatch section and I am wondering, when should I progress to the bar?

The exercises listed I did this night, and they felt fine...

Is it normal to be able to do these exercises straight off the bat? Or must I be doing something wrong for it to feel easy? I don't know whether to go to the bar - but then I might be doing something wrong and ingrain it into my system...

A little background - 18 and I come from gymnasticbodies and I am a little more supple than the average person

Usually it's the coaches call to move on but if you don't have a coach the best thing to do would be to send in a video of yourself doing the movement with the PVC pipe and another one with an empty barbell to see if you're understanding the different segments of the technique.

No I don't have a coach.. so I'll video myself, where do I send it in? Shall I just put it up on this post?
