Allright bahlake, greg, steve here's some video from this week. Kinda had a brain fart on the 80 from the floor. The 95 was a pretty good sulay (walk out) although i made stephanie a little nervous. Let me know your thoughts. any and all comments welcome.

Hey J!

The technique looks good. It's like you've gone to some good seminars and learned from some good coaches!

On that 95, it just looked like you got loose in the bottom and lost your position. Also, some of the time your bar path on the 1st pull looks a little too vertical instead of pushing the bar back into your hips. It's very slight and it's not a consistent problem.

Other than that, it looks great!

Here's this weeks. Snatches ever minute on the minute at 80% (88kg). Got tired at the end. miss on 9 and 10 ugly. haha

Looks pretty good! Main thing I would focus on is tightening up that pull under and getting it faster - swinging out a little on some of the reps, and definitely needs to be quicker on all of them. Try to punch up into that lockout position when your feet reconnect.
