Hello all! I've recently started Greg's Intermediate Program 1 from the Olympic Weightlifting 2nd ed book and so far so good. I really enjoy the progressive nature of it but i'm coming on my first unloading week and i was a little curious. Everything is 90% of last week but i want to be sure which lift i should be taking 90% of. When it says "Squat" am i doing 90% of which ever squat i did on Mon, Wed, or the heavy single i did on Friday? Same with "deadlift", is it clean or snatch, or just whichever i did on that day the previous week before i decided to deload? Sorry if i'm overanalyzing it but i just want to make sure i'm understanding this right.

90% of the lift done on the corresponding day of the previous wk. In other words, if you squatted 100 kg for your sets last Monday, this Monday (unloading week), you would use 90 kg.
