google Steve Justa. Freakshow aside, the man is a horse.
Some of his ideas seem a little out there. His ideas on manual labor for conditioning singles progressions are pretty well thought out.
If anyone is has a 1950's dually flatbed general motors product laying around, feel free to replicate Steve's psuedo leg presses/backlift. I'm sure that whether you can see the wheels leave the ground will be the least of your concerns.

If you are interested in a car-lifting-how-to you should visit Sumos (Juan Lancaster) page. Don't doubt that Justa is strong but I find Sumos lifts far more impressive...
