Agree with you and like to add personal fitness training not only helps you in weight loss but also also reduce the risk of premature death by improving immunity system and prevent you from major health issues like high blood pressure, cholesterol, obesity, depression, heart disease and some cancers.

Go for walking, running, cycling, practice push ups, bench press and chair squat. It burns fat,make strong bones and muscles, boost energy, improve heart functions and get a fit body.
