I have struggled to increase my snatch. I'm not sure if it's strength, mobility, or technique, it's probably all. Any critiques or advice on supplemental work would be much appreciated. For instance, should I be working on snatch balance and oh squats with weight heavier than my snatch?

For the video make sure you're just wrapping the video id at the end of the URL inside the YT tags and not the whole URL

First of all, you need to clean up the 1st pull. You're ripping it off of the floor and it looks like you never really set your back beforehand. Flatten-up that back, keep your chest up and LIFT the bar off of the floor. It's not a race. That alone threw off the entire lift.
Some drills to help the first pull:

Then start working on transitioning to the 2nd Pull:

Snatch Pull (http://www.catalystathletics.com/exercises/exercise.php?exerciseID=97)
The 1st Pull is controlled and the 2nd Pull is explosive. If the 1st Pull is out of control then it will cause an uncontrolled 2nd and 3rd Pull.

This was is a great article that may help. Clarified a lot of things for me. Always nice to know "why" things are done certain ways
