Hello everyone, any advices on my form in the squat is much appreciated.

I usually see weightlifters when bk squatting having a more upright torso than myself and I was wondering how could I get myself more upright

In the link, im squatting 255 which is my current max

As a general rule, mobility work and ab work help in maintaining a more upright posture. The bottom of your squat is not at a very optimal position. Hard to tell specifically without seeing more angles, but opening your stance (not necessarily widening it, meaning not moving your feet further apart) a bit might help. Also, emphasising front squat often does wonders.

It could be multiple mobility issues. It almost looks like you are doing a low bar back squat because on the initial movement your chest goes down and your hips go back.

When you squat, you want the hips and knees bending at the same time. That will cause your hips to move straight down.

Also it will help if you start with your elbows pointing straight down. If you look you have your elbows a little too far back. This correction will make your torso more vertical as well.

You can see in this photo (https://www.catalystathletics.com/media/photo/photo.php?photoID=2285) how Audra has her elbows in relation to the barbell.

You can do Pause Back Squats to help you get a better feel for the bottom position and Front Squats will help as well.
