I am transitioning very slowly into oly style lifting. i did an olympic squat and a (pretty crappy looking) set of snatch grip deadlifts this past weekend. was hoping for some feedback regarding my technique. both are at low weights, so i really need to be perfect on these lifts form wise.

Back Squat:
The squats look pretty good it just looks like you're rushing it. Take your time on the descent until you get more comfortable with the different style of squatting.

Snatch DL:
It's hard to critique when the camera is this close. I would need to see the entire bar path. But from what I can see it looks like your back is a little soft. Try to keep it locked in a little bit more and don't let your chest drop. Your hips look like they might coming up a little too fast and at the top, your chest has to catch up. Think about letting your hips and shoulder rise at the same rate and this will help keep your posture correct on the way up.
