That's what I thought as well. I finally picked up a copy of Light Out and just finished reading last weekend. Very impressive book... it has challenged my perspective on sleep. I am one of those people who would prefer to never sleep (too many other things to get into) but they present a compelling argument and I am now experimenting with their sleep recommendations.

I would like to create a thread to discuss this topic further, once I have the chance to pull my thoughts & questions together in a more coherent form.
