It looks like you're using more of your hips going into the bar rather than driving up with the legs. I've paused it a few times at the extension and I can't find any point where your knees are extended. The power should be coming from aggressive knee and hip extension together.

You're also whipping your head back just before the 2nd Pull and forcing your body to hyperextend. That may be the reason why you're "hipping" the bar. Try to focus on driving straight up to elevate the bar and try to keep your vision focused straight ahead.

Also you're diving through the bar when you receive it. It's ok if there's a slight tilt forward but you're torso needs to be much more vertical. Some drill that would help:
