Being the stupid sod I am, I fractured my wrist. So I'm looking at a month of a lot of back squatting and good mornings. Any thoughts on exercises I can do to try to maintain strength while working around the fact that all pushing and pulling is off limits? As is overhead work (apart from stick work for technique). I'm actually thinking of going to look at any machines which would allow me some shoulder work without affecting the wrist.

I'm really kicking myself for this. Recovery will take long. Luckily it's a minor fracture in one of those little bones of the wrist so it's not that bad.

It's tough having a wrist injury. I've heard of some people doing 1-arm Snatches with just to keep the movement somewhat fresh. This will be a good opportunity to get your legs strong and build on your mobility, flexibility and torso strength.

Let us know if you find any good exercises.
