Hey..
I just want to ask a question from all of you what do you think which is best way to increase your grip strength (http://www.lacartes.com/business/Isaac-Ho-Tacoma-Personal-Fitness-Trainer-and-Boot-Camp/96606) ...??
As far as i think rock climbing is best way.. share your opinion with us

Grip strength has several "areas" of strength - crush - pinch - support etc etc. I've been a climber for over 30 years and while climbing is great for hand strength it almost completely misses thumb and wrist strength development. Depending of course on what part of grip you wish to develop how you will want to train for it.
