I just started a fitness routine..and I wanted to start taking multivitamins and balance my eating would that be overdoing it?

Research suggests that high dose single nutrient supplements may do more harm than good, but regular multivitamin/mineral supplements that do not exceed the RDA are probably safe and may be of some benefit if your diet is less than perfect.
