Pendlay Row Vs HighPulls Vs Cleans. Which will carry the most benefits to the deadlift Deadlift?

On the High-Pulls, you need to bring the bar up the same way you do for Clean/Snatch. Keep the bar closer throughout the movement and use your legs to elevate the bar followed by finishing with the high elbow position. In other word you want to lift the bar in a controlled manner to the thigh (hip, with a snatch grip) then drive all the way with the legs to the toes to achieve a full body extension and pull the elbows high to finish the movement. See video here (http://www.catalystathletics.com/exercises/exercise.php?exerciseID=100).

Out of those three I would say the Row but the best way to get better at deadlifting is by doing deadlifts.
