I've been lurking on this forum for a few months and have learned a lot. Last night Charlie Rose did a full hour on the science of calorie restriction. I'm sorry, but if I hear another story done on CR I'm going to puke. CR is more passe' than Marky Mark and the Funcky Bunch. Thank you Robb Wolf for making me cutting edge. *turns up nose at any who talks about CR instead of IF*

Be nice! We have guests over dude! Seriously, although there are some separate mechanisms occurring in CRAN and intermittent fasting, it is totally reasonable to draw conclusions from CRAN and assume similar, likely superior benefits with IF.
