Robb and Greg,
April’s edition of the PM is by far the best. My favorite article is the weight loss strategies.

I'm stunned at the paradigm shift.
One giant step!

I think the focus toward eating nothing but Juice Plus, arms only workouts and picking up chicks is finally hitting the target audience of 14-21.....
Lot of work for a joke...but well played.....nerds....

Great issue.
My girlfriend gave me a few bucks and loaned me her car so I could go to the grocery store and pick up the ingrediants for the performance donut.

I talked all my neighbors into trying the cottage cheese cream; we will upload our before and after pics in one year.

Any other time you sick bast@rds I would be applauding you, but right now I am balled up waiting for someone to bring me my pain meds.
I busted a rib grappling Thursday and I am laughing so hard the pain is coming in waves. The worst part is that this is worse than a car wreck, hell it was even worse than a visit to the M.I. I couldn't stop reading.
I am not sure which article is the best but I am casting my vote for "righteous pipes" only because of the facial expressions being used in the pictures.
And I quote "Frack Yea! Take that you fracking Toaster!"

I'm dissapointed to see no quality training articles given to the rear delts....and here I thought this place was top notch....

OK, the real April issue is up now. If you missed the good one, you can find it here (http://www.performancemenu.com/backissues/index.php?show=issue&issueNum=0).
Mike - We had a rear delt training submission, but due to my longstanding spiritual objection to rear delt training, I rejected it. You can read all about delt training--an article that includes a remarkable piece of literature at the beginning--here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/south37.htm

I like how the glycogen recompensation article basically worked up to say "eat carbs after your training."
Beautiful.
The good old targeted low carb diet.

"you can have a pair of Cannonball delts that inspire awe and respect from all who view them."
Sweet....finally some respect in the school yard....

I REALLY wanted to generate something more dialed in than what is generally available...it just gets damn complex and there is more error than signal.
Now if I could get some C-14 labeled yams....and an MRI...we might be onto something..

Heh. Good stuff, don't get me wrong.
A long time ago I use radiolabelled glucose to measure something in rats in my "Radiation Biology" class.

Oddly enough they no longer offer that section. LOL!
