Just to make sure I am not losing my mind, in the mass gain excel template, strength cycle, sotts press it says 2 X 10. The weight for me was 35 lb db's. I have reviewed the documentation and even reread the mass gain article I think that it means 2 reps x 10 sets.
Here is the text from the article
"Set/Rep Notation
The sets and reps when following a weight or percentage are in the order of reps x sets, e.g. 90% x 2 x 10 means 10 sets of 2 reps of 90% of the 1RM load. If a load prescription is absent, the format is the conventional sets x reps, e.g. 3 x 10 means 3 sets of 10 reps."
Let me know if I have lost my mind.
