Im currently working 3 days on1 off then 3nights on 1 off doing 12 hr shifts
730 am to 730 pm Id like to see to how to work I F into my schedule

day shift i train at 8pm
nightshift train at 4pm

train: mon ,wed ,fri 45min weights tue, wed 20,30min run ,or play sport
meal times 5am to 12pm no shops or places to cook food the mess only
plenty of fruit vegs nuts and meat to eat

any ideas
