A place for sheep/goat dairy?
I've heard that goat and sheeps milk are more compatible with human digestion. Anything to this? What are the possible contraindications? Benefits?

Folks with lactose or dairy intolerances tend to tolerate goat milk/yogurt better than the bovine counterpart. Try to find grassfed varieties if possible to increase omega-3 content and remove potential grain lectin content.
