Quality of fish oil?
I currently use the Seven Seas extra high strength oil as it is £5 a bottle where as Carlsons, which is normally highly recommended, is close to £20 a bottle.
It offers a high level of EHA/DHA but are there any problems with the addition of vits and more importantly fractionated veg oil compared to a pure fish oil??? Or are the quantities so minute it will not really matter? I take it in 15ml shots between once and three times a day.

You get what you pay for. Carlson's has earned their reputation over a long time. I personally wouldn't trust a fish oil that had vegetable oil added to it, nor would I trust a CLO that had NO vitamin A and had vitamin D added. That means it isn't "real" CLO--real CLO contains naturally occurring vits A & D.
Then again, if it is a major cost issue, it's probably better that you get your fish oil than not, even if there are some sketchy ingredients.
