Live like an animal
I'll post some of my meals here to keep improving. I'm 6',5", 187 pounds, 21 years old and from Copenhagen, Denmark. My training is a combination of crossfit/kettlebells etc. I'm attending the Crossfit certification 1-2 december in North Carolina.
Almost all my fruits and greens are organic, some of my meat are too. Let's get started with some of the meals I've eaten the last couple of days: Beef ![]() Calf liver ![]() Eggs, spinach, avocado etc. ![]() Horse steak ![]() |

I'm used to coooking home but was in the office at lunchtime today so grapped some basic stuff from the supermarket. I had the olive oil in my bag just in case.. go figure :p

Looks very good Jonas. What did you put on top of the calf's liver? I love liver, but typically only eat it with onions and mustard or fry it with ground beef, onions, and kale.
