IF Books

Can you guys recommend any books on the subject of IF that don't border on the theology/new-age genre? I searched through quite a few on amazon last night and 99% of them discussed fasting as a spiritual means.

Robb Wolf is interviewed on the CrossFit Affiliate blog today and talks about working on a book that sounds like what you're looking for. He didn't get deep into the details, but there is something coming.

Ori's "Max Muscle Min Fat" is an interesting in detail read and borders on IF philosophy

Patrick. It's not a book, but have you looked at Martin Berkhan's 'Leangains' website? Also Mike Eades' original blog post on IF is a pretty good primer too.
