First training post. I've got a bit of a neck thing at the mo so laying off the O' lifts for a couple days and no mma till the weekend
Sprints at the park.
50m sprint x 10
80m sprint x5
Untimed but all done at full blast except for the first couple 50's. The path in the park wasn't long enough for 100 but 80 was far enough. :eek:
Neck still a bit sore but time to jump back on the o' boat. Only follow the program a couple days a week so not bothering tapering.
pb 75kg. Didn't get it high enough each time but pleased enough with that. May have to work power cleans/ snatch pulls.
5 rounds of:
5x 40kg snatch
3 muscle ups
This was harder than it needed to be. That'd be the night shifts, lack of sleep doesn't help.
