Now I don't have 10 KB's hanging around. So I mixed them and DB's. I do this bare foot so that I can hold onto the DB's better. It's really a lot of work and has helped with my back being tight. Also, it's helped with my pushup strength. Give it a go and let me know what you think.
reminiscent of Scott Sonnen's joint mobility work mixed with Pavel's mobility and flexibility work and kettlebell's. kinda neat....
