New User! So here come the stupid questions!

Ok post #2...so I'll make sure it's a dumb one. Ha.

Came over from the Xfit site and have read the forums here before here and there but now would like to participate more. I've seen posts in the past about different topics but when I view the topics list it only shows like the last ones from the month or so....so my stupid question is how do I access all those old topics without having to search by words? In other words...I may not know what I am looking for until I see the thread....or I may have a question that may have been discussed months ago about nutrition. Is there a way to view all the old threads without searching by specific key words??

I'll try to make future posts more inteligant.

i think that all the old forum info is in here - just listed as the date (13-oct) when the new forum was launched. so it looks more recent than it actually was first discussed. moderators, correct me if im wrong.

all the content that was in the Q&A section this forum replaced has been moved here. You may have to use the page back links at the top and bottom of the topic lists to find it. Also in your user CP, I think you have some control on how many threads are shown per page and in what order.

Intelligent discussion and questions will not be tolerated! Bring on the knuckle-dragging!

So I take there was a new forum software installed about a month ago? I cant find any posts before that....so I guess I will have to "knuckle drag" and re-start some old topics I remember seeing in the past and wanted to know more about.
