Interview With Jim Bathurst!
Hey all, I have been working really hard on an interview with Jim Bathurst (the man behind Beast Skills) for like a month now, and it's finally ready!!

I am still looking for a lady to do an L-sit with platform shoes as I would love to post the picture on the last page. Until then, this is all I've got:

Hope y'all enjoy it.

Fantastic job on the interview Yael. You have a great style and you asked questions that I would have asked if I was sitting there.

I have spent a little time on Jim's website reading the tutorials. I am still absolutely amazed at the "Flag" and I credit his "Pistol" tutorial with me successfully learning and completing the skill.

I just spoke to my wife and she said I can send you a picture of her in an L-Sit with platform shoes or boots. Do you care how the sit is performed, on parralettes, hanging from rings, hanging from a pull up bar, on the floor? If there is a particular request let me know otherwise I will shoot whatever looks best and email you.

Once again great interview.

Thanks, I am glad you liked it!!! Jim is really the rock star here though, he made everything so easy.

Wow, any kind of L-sit with platform shoes would be awesome!! I've really spent a lot of time asking around and most people who own platforms can't do L-sits, or vice versa. You can pick one or even send me a few to choose from if you want! And then I'll have to figure out how to do captions. :) I'm all excited now!

Great interview. I found that the contract the chest tip for planches really works.

I'm having the same problems with the iron cross. I'm assuming the scapulae should be held together and down during the cross??

I think That's it. I'm getting close on the cross. Miles away on the planch.
