To answer your question. Not necessarily, if you have cleared yourself from any milk related problems, I see no reason why having some now and then would be a bad thing?

I'm not a big dairy consumer but being English I like my cuppas and I have my black tea with milk. I always have skimmed. I'm not scared of fat (I'll have cream on a pudding, on the rare and special occassions when I'll eat such a thing) but I've only had skimmed milk since I was 16 (I'm 40 now) and now find the taste and smell of even semi-skimmed absolutely disgusting.
Skimmed milk is pretty watery - can't imagine it would do much harm.
