One for the coaches here.

Do any of you train athletes in other states/overseas etc where you can't see them face to face?

If so what resources and methods have you employed?

I ask because i've been writing a lot of programs for guys in the military who are deployed or interstate and now i'm starting to pick up some fairly serious amateur athletes as well who want program design and feedback but who can't see me face to face all the time due to work, money or distance.

I've got my own system for doing this now but i'm always open to new ideas!

I've used Youtube with good success. You can have the athletes upload their video and provide a witten critique on that site and or update things via email. I think some of the IM programs offer a "chalk board" feature which can also be helpful in this regard. Great to have you on the site!!
