New take on Saturated fat
 
this is a well known polish doctor that have cured thousands of people from asthma, allergy, diabetes etc. etc.. Here you can read what he has to say about fat. also protein and carb.

Looks very similar to the Athlete's Zone at 4-5x fat to me...

Kind of funny how whatever you call it you generally tend to end up with similar ratios for some stuff like this.

Its also funny how after you start doing it for a while it works!

On 90% of my "eat what I want days" I end up eating right in this balance naturaly.
