Man I downloaded this last week and still haven't gotten around to reading it.

It's really well written and covers a ton of material. My wife loved it.

Good stuff in there, I particularly like the "why" section for every muscle.

Hey, can anyone reupload this somewhere (like sendspace or any other filehost).

My other computer died which had the copy of this and it's not on Robertson's site anymore.

Must be for sale then...
