Hope this isn't a secret....but I had to "toot" your horn for you Coach Rut because Vol 1 was so good.

I'll be getting mine! I use DBs (no BBs, few KBs) mainly for all my group clients (and they are all levels of condition) and these workout DVDs are great for new combinations and workout progressions.

Now where did I put my Visa.....
