I was wondering if someone could clarify the shoulder positioning during the first pull...according to Kono, Rippetoe, and a few other sources, I've heard its best to keep the shoulders in front of the bar, with the bar in a straight line from the scapulae.
On the P-menu site I saw the posting about not keeping the shoulders forward, and it seems like in a lot of pictures I've seen of people pulling that they keep their shoulders right above the bar, not forward...why is that?
