Unusually i went for a jog/sprint session today for 25 mins and was sweating like hell! Usually i stick to gym work for 45 mins and dont sweat too much, i noted that someone else posted that they dont sweat much in a gym session too.
My point is, i noted that my sweat really did smell! Maybe im missing some health benefit by not sweating...removal of toxins??
Despite what this says i wouldnt use antipersirants(i do use deodorant though!).
Sweating is typically a good thing, a lack of sweating not so much.
The skin is the largest organ of detoxification in the body, I've posted on things that are known to be excreted in the sweat here before...
