Developing the Iron Cross
Thought that Steven may be interested to know the Iron Cross and his article are being discussed on T-Nation

normal warning as T-Nation is on the WFS boundary

Philip Stablein 12-09-2008 08:12 AM

Not so much discussed, but reposted, which sounds like a violation of something...

Steven Low 12-09-2008 09:12 AM

Yeah, it is a violation. I'll alert Greg or something.

You don't need that designation on PM.

Thanks for the heads-up.

They're saying no one over 6'2" can do an iron cross? Does that mean I have no hope :(

Not that I really want to do one, it's just pretty lame

Article has been removed, it appears...

Brandon Petersen 12-10-2008 07:26 PM

Is this article posted anywhere else? Something I would like to read up on.

Could you PM if you have a link? Thank you

Philip Stablein 12-10-2008 07:53 PM

You can purchase it here: http://cathletics.com/pm/index.php

Or, because Robb and Greg are so magnanimous, you may use your free download to get that issue.

(Subscribe, its worth it)

It's a free article.

Can anyone upload the pics on the article? It doesn't seem to be working on mine.
