C&J Elbow Pain
 

I'm getting pain in my left elbow (on the outside) when I do clean and jerks. I'm not sure why exactly. Any thoughts as to what in my form could cause the pain?

Early arm bend (pulling too much with the arms too early). Lateral epicondylitis, as happens when people increase their pullup volume/intensity too quickly. Also known as tennis elbow.
