Once a Runner
 

So they finally reprinted this book. http://www.amazon.com/Once-Runner-No...3875945&sr=1-1 (dunno why that one's not until April -- look around, it's available). Was the most sought-after out-of-print book of all time, as I understand it.

Read it last night. Blew me away. Absolute must-read for any serious athlete, especially someone who does push-to-the-limit workouts like CF WoDs, and certainly any runner.

Seriously. Go read this now. No argument, no question.
