Open Oly Session - Catalyst Athletics

This Saturday - Feb 14th - we'll be having an open olympic weightlifting session at 11:00 am - you're welcome to come train the lifts with the gang.

sometimes I wish I still lived in California. Unlimited access to weightlifting and cf facilities. Ah well, eventually.
