i actually did a touch worse this year than 2008 (7.11).

i REALLY wanted sub-7 this year .... but did NO training for it, including not pulling a 2k since the 2008 event. ive written a short piece for the journal about it, not sure if it will be used. anyway, not "smart" planning, but oh well, there is always 2010.
