Call for jerky recipes
 

A friend is lending me his dehydrator so I can determine if it's worth getting one myself to make my own jerky (the good stuff is expensive!). I'm wondering if you guys have any recipes you particularly like that I should try. Also, I'm curious: is the meat interchangeable? If it says ground beef and you have ground turkey, can you just sub?

Turkey will have less fat and won't take as long to make.
