Push Press+ Push Jerk +jerk
This may be a stupid question, but just to clarify, does this simply mean a push press followed by a push jerk followed by a jerk? Whats the difference between the push jerk and jerk?

The difference between the push jerk and jerk in this case is hat the second probably implies a split jerk, whereas the first specifies a half-squat receiving position.

I believe coach everett uses the term Push Jerk where as others would say Power Jerk. So a push jerk would be recieving in the power position (i.e. quarter squat or any squat position above parallel). For "jerk" without any qualifier I am sure he is referring to a traditional Split Jerk.
