Bouncing in the Squat
I've been bouncing slightly at the bottom of my squats lately, especially in the high-rep sets. What are people's thoughts on the bounce?
It's fine as long as you keep tension in your muscles ESPECIALLY your hamstrings. The bounce comes from the reflex of the stretch-shorten cycle as the hamstrings lengthen
