personal fitness & nutrition blog?

Anyone know of any gadgets/widgets/calculators that you can put into your personal blog to help keep tabs on your diet & exercise program?

i'm thinking if i post it online it will help with motivation. also, it would be nice if it counted calories or kept a tally on exercises/reps etc...

...something more advanced than a simple list.

(it would be a treat to turn myspace or facebook into an ongoing achievement calculator)

You'd probably have to join one of those free online fitness communities (like Wellsphere, Sparkpeople or any of those). Otherwise use a log in a forum or manually input in your stuff to blog posts.

i've been using my general note-taking app (evernote) and just copy/pasting whats relevant into a forum thread..

a simple pre-made blog setup like blogger would be easy enough to use and with most of those you can share with facebook or whatever other social networking site i think

Does your child know that you've snatched(no pun) his toy?
