Sardines in Soya Oil - To be avoided?
Just wanted to know your opinion on this food?
Soya oil ?
Should I be avoiding this as I do soy or is it 'ok' in moderation?
I usually eat other 'toppings' on my sardines, but came across these this weekend.
You'd be much better off with sardines in olive oil or water. Soy(a) oil has a high O6/O3 ratio, higher than desirable PUFA, and other baggage as well.
