Just want to know the caloric content of one zone block?

Thanks in advance

depends on the block. do a google search for zone blocks, basics etc.

I found that its around 130 calories. However, when selecting your activity level to determine your blocks, is the activity level based on a crossfit style metcon, or a workout in general?

One Zone block meaning 1 each of fat, protein, and carbs OR what does a fat, protein, or carb block have in them?

1 block of fat, protein, and carbs = 91 calories.

1 block of protein is 28 cals
1 block of fat is 27 cals
1 block of carbs is 36 cals

CrossFit uses a .7 as the activity level.
