Clean pull/ RDL
Not sure what the RDL stands for?
I believe the workout call for snatch pulls and clean pulls as shown in exercise video section?

OK RDL is romanian deadlift,
So the when the lift says:
clean pull/RDL: 95%x 3, 100%x 3, 105%x 3
do a clean pull 95% of 1RM on cleans with a RDL immidiately after for the 3 reps and so on for 100% and 105%.
I would read that as either clean pull OR romanian deadlift. If they were meant to be done together I think it would be written "clean pull + RDL". My two cents.
