18.96!!!! We'll be seeing a sub-19.10 within the next 12 months. There's talk of him going for the 400m record next year, but I think his PR is 45.xx, so he'll have some training to do to get his speed-endurance up. 42.8-9 isn't out of the question though.

Yeah, I've heard a good estimate of 200m -> 400m is (200m time * 2 + 3.5s) which would come out to somewhere around 42.5s if he can break 19s in 200m.

Regardless, yeah he needs to do speed endurance, but running +1s in 200m then 2.5 extra seconds to finish the last 200m with work is probably gonna be cake for him.

he is awesome seriously... and im not sure if its just me or not, but did he look bigger at this worlds?
