Since I don't have access to a 400m track, I was hoping to get some insights on how to incorporate conditioning sessions to help my sprinting program without running longer distances. My two alternatives are: C2 Rower machine (less pressure on the joints but not really specific to running) or a Real Runner (more specific to running but has nor upper body action except to keep it stable). Thoughts, Suggestions?
I'd go with the rower personally.
The real runner is not even at the angles you'd want to learn how to perfect your technique except maybe the start position. Plus is looks dumb.
